Meet Larry Baumet
Larry Baumert has been attending Westside Church since 1994 and serves as a deacon with a heart for service and a deep commitment to the church family. He and his wife, Kendall, have been married for over 25 years and share a passion for serving others both in the church and the community.
Kendall has been part of Westside since she was a baby, growing up in the church and actively contributing throughout the years. While their children were in school, Kendall also spent many years working for Pryor Public Schools as a Special Education aide and in the school library, further reflecting the family’s commitment to serving others.
In 2001, Larry and Kendall started Baumert’s Custom Metal Works, which they continue to run with dedication and integrity. They are the proud parents of two children, Tate and Anna, who were raised in the Westside community. Tate just graduated from RSU with a bachelor degree in environmental conservation and Anna will be starting her sophomore year at RSU, working on a degree in accounting and business management.
Together, Larry and Kendall have served many years as youth leaders at Westside, mentoring and encouraging the next generation in their walk with Christ. Larry considers it a privilege to serve as a deacon and is committed to supporting the church through prayer, leadership, and hands-on ministry.
